			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m trying to locate one of the engineers at WRBD. His name was Bob &quot;Barney&quot; Barnett.  He worked there in the late 60&#39;s and early 70&#39;s. 
He was friends with several DJ&#39;s at other stations.  Johnny Dark and Sandy Beach are two that come to mind.

This song is one of the most understated psych classics ever written and recorded. There is nothing better than this necessarily. When I hear Mechanical World I think Spirit is every bit as good as The Beatles. Fresh Garbage,Uncle Jack...awesome songs with no weak links in the band ,in my opinion. Recomended listening. 			<description><![CDATA[ Here's a WQAM chart from 6/15/68. I'm the Jeff on the signature, but can't figure out for the life of me which DJ signed it. <br><br>I was 11 years old in '68. My Dad was a bread delivery truck driver and one of his customers was located in the same row as WQAM, which if memory serves, was right at the bridge overlooking the river.
