Anyone know who these guys are and where they were from...

A Clearwater crew, with two brothers (names unknown), and recently, I discovered that one member's name is Ron Carpenter...c'mon, Susie, I'll bet you must know or have heard of this guy! Wonder if you knew that Dunedin guitarist Gary Dobbins passed away a few years ago? He was a good one.
